With produce from the castle gardens and local suppliers. We are looking for another member of the team to continue the high standard of service and customer care we have here at 1176

As well as catering for private & corporate events we run 1176 which is the onsite restaurant at Cardigan Castle. This modern style restaurant offers breakfast to the residents of the hotel on site, and serves lunch to the general public. We pride ourselves on using locally sourced ingredients as well as produce grown in the walled gardens on site with a knowledgeable team of gardeners.

 

We expect your chefs to have the passion & drive to produce dishes for our seasonal menu. In return, we can help you develop your career and knowledge. With an expanding business, there always remains the opportunity to progress further within the company.
