We were so impressed with the tasting session, but we thought it would be impossible to maintain that standard when cooking on such a large scale – but it was as perfect on the day of the wedding as it was in the restaurant!
I honestly don’t understand how you cooked food of such great quality for so many people in such a tiny marquee!

All the food, even down to the canapes were delicious and everyone were delighted with the amount canapes they had!
